Milkyway Above the Blue Mountains I, acrylic on wood round, 4″ diameter, 2022 ~SOLD

This tiny landscape is inspired by the magical atmosphere of  the night sky in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado.

The landscape is painted on a gessoed wood slice. It is created with arylic wash layers and acrylic paint markers. The painting is varnished in gloss on the front, sides and back. Its signed on the front as well as the back and has a hanging twine looped through it for display on wall or Christmas tree.
